Operation Blackout Sneak Peeks!

Hello there penguins!
Club Penguin has updated their game and website with lots of new sneak peeks and information about an upcoming event called "Operation Blackout". You will be able to meet Herbert and when you find him you will be able to add him and maybe -  but this isn't confirmed yet - you can get his background!

But today I also found this!
You can buy a background at the Clothes Shop. But this background is different then the others because it's a little bit animated, so I did some research and I think I might know from what room this one is.

This is probably the animation of this machine/computer.
So you will probably have to access the computer to unlock the next door or to shutdown the security.
Now, I have found evidence that that background is part of a party room at Operation Blackout.
There might just be 2 or 3 maybe 4 of these rooms, but this picture is just self-made and its what I think the room might look like.
Now we all know that this is probably Herbert's lair, the place where he is hiding.
As u can see there is a what looks like a Waterfall that is going down so i though that this one might be connected to this picture . (I made a picture with rooms that I think that are connected with each other, so I kinda made a small map) but its just what i think it might at Operation: Blackout. Also this picture isn't finished, I'm working on a picture with more information on too.
